Tishman Speyer Living Wall
Located in the Franklin Building in downtown Chicago, Illinois, Tishman Speyer installed a
42’W × 18’H living wall in
their building’s lounge area – one of the largest living walls in the city. This living wall has contributed to
improved
air quality, increased productivity, and enhanced Tishman Speyer’s resting environment. To ensure that this
impressive
living wall was properly cared for, Tishman Speyer turned to Kessil lighting.

The Tishman Speyer living wall is featured in Iconic Life’s January 2021 article. They note that living walls
“combine science and aesthetics to create spaces that benefit human health and wellness in workplaces, residential
buildings, retail stores and healthcare facilities”.
The Tishman Speyer living wall was featured on the cover of Workplaces Magazine in February 2020. Kessil "is
making it easy for offices and public spaces to go green by using technology that takes the guesswork out of
watering and lighting."
