Tishman Speyer Living Wall

Located in the Franklin Building in downtown Chicago, Illinois, Tishman Speyer installed a 42’W × 18’H living wall in their building’s lounge area – one of the largest living walls in the city. This living wall has contributed to improved air quality, increased productivity, and enhanced Tishman Speyer’s resting environment. To ensure that this impressive living wall was properly cared for, Tishman Speyer turned to Kessil lighting.
