Woodland Park Zoo Bug World

Bug World, an ecosystem of 16 arthropod species, from temperate forests to savannas and tropics, showcases the flamboyant flower beetle, fierce waterbug, and emperor scorpion (just to name few).
The Kessil Track Lighting infrastructure, with its flexibility to exchange and move fixtures, was the mounting solution chosen for the W360BD LED lights.
A mixture of AMZ and TB spectrums mimic natural sunlight, while the tunable color spectrums highlight each arthropod’s unique colors. Flicker-free, tunable, and dimmable fixtures were essential due to arthropods’ complex eyes and varying light requirements.
