California Academy of Sciences Mini Wall

This 4' W x 8' H Living Wall at the California Academy of Sciences features an uncommon mix of plants that require higher light than most standard plant species found in other Living Walls. The Kessil fixtures provide the light levels required for the plants to produce flowers all year round. In addition, the lights are able to provide enough light for a full layer of "ground cover" plants to grow on the substrate under the main plants - which gives this living wall a second layer of plants for visitors to appreciate when they look closely at the wall!
