Privacy Policy For Kessil® / DiCon Fiberoptics' Kessil® WiFi Controller App

Welcome to the Kessil® WiFi Controller! This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for the Kessil® WiFi Controller app, including the iPad Kessil® WiFi Controller app ("APPS"), Android Tablet Kessil® WiFi Controller app ("APPS"), iPhone Kessil® WiFi Controller app ("APPS"), Android Phone Kessil® WiFi Controller app ("APPS"), and the Kessil® WiFi Controller website version ("SITE"), all developed by Kessil® / DiCon Fiberoptics, Inc ("We", "us", "our"). This privacy policy applies solely to information collected by the APPS and SITE. By downloading and using the APPS or SITE, YOU are accepting the practices described in this Privacy Policy. These third parties may pass certain information to us if YOU have permitted the third parties to share with us , including any information YOU have made public in connection with that service. We may also have access to YOUR nonpersonally identifiable information, such as geographic location, language, types of device YOU use, screen size of YOUR device, and the date and time YOU use our APPS and SITE. We will use YOUR information to respond to YOUR requests, and to improve our APPS and SITE. We will not share YOUR information with any third party outside of our company, other than as necessary to fulfill YOUR request. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone. YOU can choose not to provide certain information by not using Facebook, Twitter, or Google accounts to login, but then YOU might not be able to take full advantage of our features.

In order to use the APPS or SITE, a user may choose to login with Facebook, Twitter, and Google accounts. These third parties may pass certain information such as YOUR user ID, first name, last name, email address, profile pictures to us if YOU have permitted the third parties to share with us , and any information YOU have made public in connection with that service.

3. YOUR Access to and Control Over Information

YOU may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. YOU can do the following at any time by contacting us via email address or phone:

Our service is not directed towards anyone under the age of 18.
