Kessil Lighting Unveils H350 Spectral Halo LED Grow Light
April 01, 2011
Richmond, CA - Kessil is excited to announce the release of the highly anticipated H350 Spectral Halo LED grow light. With more than 2x the light output of Kessil's celebrated H150 grow light, H350 incorporates the latest Dense Matrix LED™ platform to give growers added intensity and a wider spread.
Continually expanding its product offerings using innovative Dense Matrix LED™ technology, H350 features a 90W platform that produces an extremely bright, penetrating stream of light to reach deep into the canopy of the plant. Kessil also introduces a new vapor cooling thermal management system. This new technology is able to draw heat away from the LED core quickly, maintaining the light's efficiency and long lifetime.
In addition, Kessil has added a new spectrum to its repertoire: DEEP PURPLE. This spectrum is designed with a greater blue to red wavelength ratio that encourages vegetative growth for fuller, healthier plants. H350 is also available in MAGENTA, which focuses on performance during the bloom phase. The two spectrums are able to carry plants through each stage of growth. This combined with the high intensity of H350 will allow LED grow lights to replace traditional methods of lighting.
Kessil also commemorates its one-year production anniversary with an extension to its warranty program for all lights. This new policy lengthens the warranty to two years and applies to lights that were purchased prior to this announcement. Kessil is confident in its products and their reliability, and has extended the warranty to reaffirm its commitment to loyal customers.
H350 will be available for purchase at the end of April. For more information on H350 Spectral Halo LED grow light, please visit
About Kessil ®
Kessil Lighting designs and manufactures innovative LED lighting products for the horticulture and aquarium industries. Kessil is a business division of DiCon Fiberoptics, Inc., a leading 25-year-old technology company in the photonics industry. Using DiCon's patented high power Dense Matrix LED™ platform, Kessil's products produce a powerful, penetrating stream of light. Each LED chip emits only one wavelength, allowing various spectrums to be created by grouping different types of LED chips together. As a result, Kessil can populate chips with specific wavelengths onto DiCon's array. For this purpose, Kessil's research team continues to rigorously search for different spectrum recipes to enhance plant and coral growth. With this constant quest for the best spectrums, Kessil is leading The Spectral Revolution ®.
